Terms of Service

Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the software platform (“Service”) provided by UK Legal. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

The Service does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or any form of professional legal opinion. All content and tools are provided for informational and operational purposes only.

2. Eligibility and User Obligations

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately. The Service provider is not responsible for losses arising from compromised credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, belong exclusively to the Service provider. No rights are granted except for a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are disclosed separately. The Service provider reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

8. Suspension and Termination

The Service provider may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected. Upon termination, access to the Service may be revoked immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Service provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on information obtained through the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. The Service provider is not responsible for third-party systems, content, or policies, which are governed by their own terms.

11. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is collected and processed.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Service provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of United Kingdom.
